ILM helps managers, education providers and employers to develop leadership and management capability to improve productivity and drive business performance.

ILM became part of the City & Guilds Group when it was formed in November 2001 through the merger of the Institute of Supervision and Management and the National Examining Board for Supervision and Management.

ILM is Europe’s largest management body, and has the UK’s widest range of leadership and management qualifications. It also offers: approval for training centres with full guidance and support; recognition and endorsement for in-house training; consultancy; accreditation for trainers; and research services.

ILM awards more than 95,000 qualifications every year, and its products and services are available in over 80 countries.

The Oxford Group

Gen2 is a leading Cumbrian-based specialist training provider, offering technical and skills development in STEM-related industries.

Gen2 was established in 2000 by five partner companies and is the largest training provider to the UK civil nuclear industry, working with over 250 employers – including the likes of Sellafield Ltd, Iggesund, and British Steel – across six sites.

Today, it has over 1,300 apprentices and 250 students on higher education programmes.

Intertrain is the UK’s largest commercial railway infrastructure training provider, with training centres across the UK.

Established in 1997, Intertrain is the UK’s largest commercial railway infrastructure training provider, with training centres in Enfield, Crayford, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Derby, Warrington, Doncaster, Gateshead, Glasgow and Portsmouth. Intertrain is an NSAR ‘Gold’ Railway Training and Assessment provider, delivering a wide range of training, including Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships in engineering.
